Global Head of Employee Engagement & Employer Branding Nokia
Chris's 20+ year career at both Nokia and Siemens has provided him the unique opportunity to work at a global level across multiple business disciplines. This unique combination of skills span across both marketing communications and human resource areas and include: marketing and advertising communications, brand management and strategy (both corporate/product and employer), recruitment talent acquisition strategy and operations, internal and external communications, employee engagement strategy and management, executive training and development and social media management.
In his current role, he globally support the area of Employee Engagement and Employer Branding for Nokia. This experience has given him unique opportunities to manage these areas during periods of significant change, major acquisitions (Alcatel-Lucent) and frequent changes to the overall business strategy (consumer devices to B2B networks equipment). With his responsibilities split between an externally focused employer brand and Nokia's internal employee engagement programs, he has a unique ability to shape and influence the complete employee life-cycle experience.
