Tisha got her start in marketing back in the 90’s when companies relied on classified ads to find talent. She found her niche in the employer brand space and thrives at the intersection of insight, brand, culture and communication.
As a kid growing up in the northwest, Tisha dreamed of being Cruise Director Julie McCoy from the Love Boat because she loved her blue suit, power-clipboard and get-shit-done attitude. For the past year-and-a-half, she’s been at the helm of T-Mobile’s employer brand and social media strategy out of US Headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
Previous agency and consulting roles have involved brands of all sizes and many hometown favorites including Alaska Airlines, Boeing, Marriott, Starbucks, The Ritz Carlton, and, yes, T-Mobile.
Her hardest job? Trying to convince engineers to market with feelings. Her biggest professional accomplishment? A TED talk titled, “Brand Love – Is marriage a brand in crisis?”
